An Auberge Resort: Canyon Encantado Villas

The Canyon Encantado Villas will be adjacent to the Encantado Resort in Tesuque, New Mexico. The villas will be privately owner and lived in three months out of the year. The villas will then be rented and maintained by the resort for the remainder of the year.
The team consisted of the Architect of Record and a support staff consisting of one Architect and two interns. Seven villas were designed and modeled in Revit. The example above shows one of those villas. This project was not built.
- Drafting, modeling and detailing in Revit.
- Created details, wall sections, and building sections.
- Drafted elevations and site sections including locating and drafting finish grades and driveways.
- Modeled the foundation including stem walls and footings.
