Project Statement
The project aspires to become a vital component in the urban fabric of Santa Fe by linking public and private realms, defining an edge, and by integrating and buffering residential and commercial zones.
Facility Statement
This facility provides a much needed amenity necessary for a lively viable neighborhood by incorporating commercial space, exhibit space, promenade, and urban housing to create interactive and vital urban neighborhoods.
Context Statement
Situated in Santa Fe, New Mexico; the project site is located along the South Railyard between the Alarid Neighborhood to the East and the Railyard Park to the West.
Scope of Work
The Facility will include ten artist residences, ten gallery spaces, eight commercial spaces, a café, a live music bar, a pedestrian promenade and necessary parking.
